Refund Policy

BNB Luxury offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. Simply contact us within 7 days from the delivery date and we will provide you with a prepaid insured FedEx or UPS label at no cost to you. Then drop off your package at the nearest FedEx or UPS location.

Your satisfaction is very important. Your purchase may be returned for any reason for a 100% full refund for a period of 7 days. Some exclusions apply*

Items must be returned in the condition received. To ensure proper insurance coverage, all return shipments must be shipped with label provided by BNB Luxury.

*SPECIAL ORDER - Any non stock item such as a watch or a personalized piece of jewelry can not be returned

*Returns will not be accepted for personalized jewelry with brand name (for example: Cartier, Tiffany, Graff, Harry Winston, David Webb, Oscar Heyman, Bvlgari, etc.)
